Service Scope and Availability
Service coverage is address-specific across Fort Worth and nearby communities in parts of Tarrant, Parker, Denton, and Wise Counties. Listing a city on this site does not guarantee service at every address within it. Same-day and after-hours appointments may be available, but neither is guaranteed; availability depends on the schedule, location, equipment, and parts needs.
Brand and model support depends on the exact appliance, its condition, safe service access, and whether suitable parts remain available for sale. We may decline work that cannot be performed safely or that falls outside our service scope.
Pricing and Authorization
A $149 diagnostic fee covers the technician's evaluation and is waived with a complete repair. Emergency service carries an additional $250 fee, additional, and it does not apply toward the repair. Repair pricing is presented before any work is authorized, and no repair begins without your approval. Pricing on this site is subject to change.
Warranty
Completed residential repairs include a 1 year labor warranty. Residential parts carry a 1 year manufacturer warranty, and commercial parts carry a 90 day manufacturer warranty. Commercial warranty terms differ from residential terms and should be confirmed for the specific equipment and work performed. Warranty coverage does not extend to unrelated failures, misuse, or work performed by others.
Appointments and Access
Standard scheduling uses 3 hour appointment windows. You are responsible for providing safe access to the appliance, including clear pathways, gate or parking instructions, and a safe work area.
